Pasta Salad


500g screw noodles – al dente
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
125ml cooking oil
250ml Heinz tomato sauce
150ml chutney
20ml curry powder
10ml turmeric
1 tin whole corn kernels
1 tin sliced peaches
1 teaspoon salt
150-200g sugar
125 ml vinegar


  1. Fry the onion, pepper, curry powder and turmeric in the oil
  2. Mix the tomato sauce, sugar, chutney and vinegar.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and let it stand for 24 hours – for the best results.
