Tomato Soup

Ingredients

4kg Whole Tomatoes
3 Onions
2 Red Peppers
1 Red Chillie
2 Cloves of Garlic
1L Water
250ml Fresh Cream
2Tblsp Wosterschire Sauce
Veggie Seasoning
Black Pepper
Fresh Chopped Parsley, Thyme

Method

Cut the Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers into chunky sizes. Place in a pot. Add the Chillie , Garlic and Water. Cook until the tomatoes are soft. Take off heat and place in blender and blend until smooth. Place back in pot and simmer for 5minutes. Add your wosterschire sauce, seasoning and the cream. Then simmer for another 5 minutes. Switch the heat off and add the fresh chopped herbs. Then it is ready to be served
