Different experiences in Lyon, from bistros to fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants.
Moved to Namibia and opened the first Lyon des Sables in Walvis Bay in March 2009
Namibian chef of the year in 2010 and 2011, second runner up for the global chef competition in Abu Dhabi (2011) and Windhoek (2013).
